Are you open on public holidays? Boarding is available 365 days a year. Daycare will be closed on QLD public holidays.
Will you offer Daycare on Monday's & Friday's? Yes. We are currently taking expressions of interest for Monday & Friday. Please let us know if you would like to bring your dog/s to daycare on either of these days.
Do you offer Dog Grooming Services? We don't currently offer dog grooming or nail cutting services.
Do you offer dog pick-up & drop-off services? Yes, within 20km of Palmwoods for an additional fee of $15. Pick-ups or drop-offs outside of this range will be assessed on a case-by-case basis
Can you provide medicine / flea & tick prevention to my dog/s? Yes, as long as this is supplied and instructions provided. All medicine must include a label that matches your dogs name and is within date.
Will you take care of my intact dog/s? Only for puppies under 1 year old. For the safety of your dog/s as well as our pack we cannot facilitate adult dogs that have not been desexed.
